Return Policy

Eligible Returns (30 Days)

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and in the same condition you received it
  • Item is in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
  • Item is not on the non-returnable list (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal Care Products: Opened creams, lotions, oils, or any skincare items
  • Intimate Apparel: Opened or used nursing bras, maternity underwear
  • Breast Pumps: Once opened for hygiene reasons
  • Feeding Bottles & Nipples: Once package is opened
  • Health Supplements: Opened vitamins or supplements
  • Gift Cards: Cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Clearance/Sale Items: Items marked as final sale
Note: Defective or damaged items from the non-returnable list can still be returned for a refund or replacement. Contact us immediately if you receive a defective product.

How to Initiate a Return

Easy Return Process

Contact Us

Email us at returns@her9months.com or call our customer service. Provide your order number and reason for return.

Get Authorization

We'll send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping instructions within 24 hours.

Pack Your Item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include the RAN inside the package.

Ship It Back

Use the prepaid shipping label we provide (for defective items) or ship at your own cost (for other returns).

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Refund Policy

Refund Timeline

  • Processing Time: 7-10 business days after we receive your return
  • Bank Processing: Additional 3-7 business days depending on your bank
  • Total Time: Typically 10-17 business days from when we receive your return

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the original card
  • Net Banking: Refunded to the source account
  • UPI: Refunded to the linked account
  • Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer (provide account details)

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Item shows signs of use beyond inspection
  • Item is missing parts or accessories
  • Item is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Item packaging is damaged or incomplete
Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product). Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for standard returns.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or product:

  1. Return the original item following our return process
  2. Receive your refund
  3. Place a new order for the desired item
Pro Tip: To avoid waiting for a refund, you can place a new order immediately and return the unwanted item separately. You'll receive your refund once we process the return.

Damaged or Defective Items

We thoroughly inspect all products before shipping, but if you receive a damaged or defective item:

Report Within 48 Hours

  • Contact us immediately at support@her9months.com
  • Provide photos of the damaged/defective item and packaging
  • Include your order number

We'll Provide:

  • Free return shipping label
  • Full refund or replacement (your choice)
  • Expedited processing
Important: Do not use or open defective items before reporting the issue. This helps us process your claim faster and may be required for manufacturer warranty claims.

Order Cancellations

Before Shipment

You can cancel your order anytime before it ships at no charge:

  • Log into your account and go to "My Orders"
  • Click "Cancel Order" next to the relevant order
  • Or contact customer service immediately
  • Refund will be processed within 3-5 business days

After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You'll need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return following our standard return process.

Special Circumstances

Pre-Orders

Pre-ordered items can be cancelled before they ship. Once shipped, normal return policies apply.

Bundle Offers

If you return part of a bundle or promotional offer, the discount may be recalculated, and the refund adjusted accordingly.

Sale Items

Items purchased during sales or with promotional codes can be returned within 30 days unless marked as "final sale."

International Orders

For international orders:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Customer is responsible for any customs duties on returns
  • Extended return window of 45 days (to account for shipping time)
  • Refunds issued in the original currency

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lost in Transit

If your package is lost during shipping:

  • Contact us within 30 days of expected delivery
  • We'll file a claim with the shipping carrier
  • Once confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund

Stolen After Delivery

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you didn't receive it:

  • Check with neighbors and building management
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery date
  • File a police report (may be required for high-value orders)
  • We'll investigate and assist on a case-by-case basis
